Terms of engagement
Who we are
NodeCompute Grid Advisory (“we”, “us”) is an advisory practice at Lg Plaza Jln Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kuching, Sarawak, 93100, Malaysia. These terms govern use of nodecomputegrid.digital and professional engagements for financial audit of applications running through retail POS finance modules. Contact: audit@nodecomputegrid.digital · +60 03125-4231.
The website
This site describes services and informational fees. It does not create a contract, take payment, or provide legal, tax, or statutory audit opinions. Published prices are planning figures. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign an engagement letter.
What we provide
We produce working papers, walkthrough narratives, sample recalculations, decision-trail tests, settlement matches, and related findings for POS finance application controls. We do not operate tills, grant credit, collect debts, or process customer payments. We do not warrant that a module will pass a later statutory audit or a regulator review.
Your responsibilities
You arrange lawful access to tills, logs, product sheets, and funding files, and you confirm that sharing those materials with us is permitted. You remain responsible for decisions you take after reading our papers, including changes to rates, disclosures, or store procedures.
Confidentiality and working papers
We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law. Working papers we produce are for your internal use unless the letter says otherwise. We may retain copies as required for our professional records.
Fees and invoices
Fees are set in the engagement letter, usually in Malaysian ringgit, and invoiced to the paying entity. This website has no checkout. Payment instructions appear on the invoice. Refunds, if any, follow our refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost funding, or regulatory penalties arising from how you use the papers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms and our engagements are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Sarawak have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where those rights apply.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for site use; signed letters are changed only by written agreement.
